Prior to joining Wavelo, Tom led Customer Experience at Tucows and, before that, Director of Customer Support and Vendor Management at BlackBerry.
Tom has extensive experience building high-performing global teams and developing fit-for-purpose service solutions to deliver operational efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.
